The purpose of collecting personal information is to make booking and contracting available, and to process the transactions initiated. It also enables us to get in touch with you at the contacts provided, in order to send additional information and important updates to the event booked.

Data collection and processing affect Customers booking our programmes and other participants at our programmes they book for.

For the puposes of data collection mentioned above, data requested include your:
- personal information of your identity (name, gender, age),
- contact data (e-mail address, phone number),
- data for invoicing.
Optionally, you can also provide data on your medical conditions and diet so that we can customize our service to your needs better.
Hunscapes may take photographs during the programmes for promotional purposes. However, for the publication of such photographs on our website, we always request your consent if your image is clearly possible to identify on the photo taken.

Cookies are used to improve user experience and remember your preferences during browsing our web page. If you wish to restrict or block the cookies which are set by our website, you can do this through your browser settings.

Access and use of data is limited to our employees who require it to perform their jobs. Your data may also be passed on to the relevant suppliers of services booked when necessary.

We store personal information of our Customers until they may need it for using our services or request deletion. Personal data of Customers who booked our programmes will be deleted once in a year when the financial period is closed.
Upon the request from the Customer, name and e-mail address may be stored long term to allow discounts for subsequent bookings of the Customer.
Your personal information is stored on a server network located in Hungary.

9. Customer rights and their inforcement
You may request us to provide any personal information that we currently hold about you sending an email to info@hunscapes.hu
If you have any complaints regarding the use of your personal data, please contact us first. We will investigate the complaint and inform you of the result within 15 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can refer to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or the court.
